Outerbridges

These are the only hot sauces we know of that are made in Bermuda. They are genteel, as you would expect from Bermuda, and use sherry wine and rum as their ingredients to give a unique flavor to the peppers. These sauces are great for soups, stews, and other cooked dishes.
