Bhut Jolokia Peppers

These peppers are recognized as the hottest peppers in the world. They are also known by the name, Naga Jolokia. They come from the Assam area of India and are also grown in Bangladesh. The western media refers to them erroneously as Ghost Peppers, but that is no surprise. The media gets nothing else right. You might want to stay away from these unless you are into pain.
